When performing pulling exercises, always make sure that your bands are properly secured before you start pulling on the bands. The bands will snap back at you if you do not do this. Use your common sense and test to make sure that bands are secure before pulling with full force. The user of Body-Bands assumes full responsibility for the propers use of Body-Bands resistance training bands.
Inspect your bands prior to use. Do not use Body-Bands if they are cracked or frayed. If cared for properly (see guidelines below), your bands will last many years without loosing their elasticity or effectiveness. Body-Bands LLC is not responsible for accidents resulting from the improper care of the Body-Bands resistance band products.

baseline health before you begin as well as understand any physical

then are not being used store them in a safe dry place.
