Proper storage of your Body Bands will help prolong their useful life. Do not leave them out in the sun or the elements. When then are not being used store them in a safe dry place.
The main benefits of proper exercise are:

Body-Bands won't last forever. Eventually they will need to be replaced. However, if you care for them properly and use them correctly they should give you many years of service before they need to be replace. Inspect you Body Bands before every work, if they look like they are cracked or beginning to fray...do not use them! They need to be replaced.
